Pyxis is out

Pyxis launched today on Google Play. It’s free, and you can start right away as a guest with no sign-up. The iOS version is still on its way; we’ll post here and on Discord when it’s ready.

You run a guild. Hire adventurers at the tavern, build a party and station it in a dungeon, and it keeps earning gold and materials at the deepest floor it can hold, even while the app is closed. To go deeper, promote your adventurers, craft better gear and rethink the party.

What changed since the beta

Thank you to everyone who joined the beta. Your reports shaped a lot of the launch build. As announced, all data was reset at launch, so beta players start fresh.

• Combat and classes: the combat rules were reworked and every class was rebalanced, so different classes shine in different situations and no single one is best everywhere.
• Dungeon floors: elite, threat and boss floors now appear between regular ones. Each kind stops you for a different reason, so getting past one means adjusting the party.
• Gear: rare effects were rebuilt around party roles, and a new Legendary grade was added. You can own several Uniques and Legendaries.
• Pets: pets now level up with the time they spend on expeditions.
• Raids and legion battles: rewards and difficulty were retuned. A well-geared tier-4 party can reach the final legion wave.
• Screens: the dungeon screen now shows your party’s fights live, and monsters and pets have new art.

Payments and ads

There are no in-app purchases. The only ads are optional rewarded ads that play when you tap one for a bonus. Nothing pops up on its own.
