Account Deletion

How to delete your account and data for the game Pyxis (developer: Eastrock Games).

Delete in the app (immediate)

Open the Game → Settings → Delete Account. If your account has a linked email, enter the verification code sent to that address and the account is deleted right away. There is no waiting period.

Request account deletion (without the app)

If you have already uninstalled the app, email support@east.rocks from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Pyxis account deletion request”. We verify your identity by the sending address — requests from any other address cannot be processed. We will delete the account and reply within 30 days of receiving your request.

Guest accounts with no linked email cannot be deleted this way, because we have no means of verifying who is asking; they can only be deleted inside the app. A guest account cannot be accessed again once the app is uninstalled.

What is deleted

Characters, currency, equipment, progress, mail, the linked email address — all data belonging to the account. It cannot be recovered.

What is kept

• Deletion record: only an internal identifier and the deletion timestamp (no personally identifying information such as an email address). It exists so that data which reappears after a backup restore can be deleted again, and it is kept with no expiry.
• Server backups: backups made before the deletion are automatically deleted after at most 90 days.
• Error diagnostics: not linked to your account, so deleting your account does not remove them; they are deleted automatically 90 days after collection.
